Certified Organic Skin Care Knowledge
To make sure a product is really certified organic, one must look closely at the list of ingredients. At times, the companies use the terms “natural” and “organic” for a product containing carbon-based ingredient that could have been considered “natural” in the past. A lot of product promoters use terms like “derived from nature,” which can be misleading. In addition to paying attention to the food we put on our table and the air in which we breathe, we must pay attention to the skin care product that we put on our skin. Remember, skin is porous and is absorbent, which makes it can absorb even a small quantity of toxins. And over a period of time, these toxins will accumulate in your system which more than likely will affect your overall health. These days its fast food, free radicals, alcohol, medications, electronic gadget pollution, synthetic clothing and home furnishings. Our modern lifestyle brings with it a high degree of stress and this adversely affects our body’s flow of blood/energy and its general balance. We live in dangerous times. Therefore, it’s just makes sense to turning to certified organic skin care products which will help us minimize the damage we cause to our skin. On a positive note there is a higher consciousness concerning the issue and positive attitude towards certified organics. Look closely at the fine print, research and educate yourself and you too will become healthier, look younger and most importantly you will feel vibrant. |
